After approximately three years of successfully prosecuting all manner of criminal cases from DUIs to First Degree Murder cases, he went into private practice with his brother in the firm of David Paul Horan and Associates. This firm, which later became the firm of Horan, Horan & Esquinaldo, and later, Horan, Horan & Wallace was recognized as one of the premier firms in the Florida Keys. Mr. Horan and his brother became well-recognized for their representation of the famous treasure hunter, Mel Fisher, and most of the modern day treasure salvors. Mr. Horan relocated his practice to Tallahassee, Florida in 2004 after 20 years in the Keys and continues practice in the areas of personal injury, family law, and criminal defense.
