Do not shop at HOM!!

I have had the worst shopping experience at HOM. The furniture looks good when you buy it but doesn't last at all. Our couch lasted about 3 months before it started showing signs of wear and we could feel the springs through the cushions. The customer service is worse than the products! We have been trying to get an appointment to replace our couch for almost two months now and the appointments keep getting rescheduled by HOM. They must want us to keep our crappy couch. Don't shop at HOM unless you want crappy furniture and even worse customer service!
