So disappointed with hooters tonight. Ordered nachos came without a couple of ingredients one being chili. Asked for chili they said oh you want some I said it comes with it according to the menu well we can bring a cup if you like. Yes I wanted it waitress comes back oh were out thats why they didn't put on there. Didn't want chips with cheese so I sent back and ordered the texas Philly. Waitress wanted to know what type of cheese I said the texas comes with queso she then proceeded to tell me what cheeses they have I said never mind make it a regular Philly with provolone to avoid any further confusion. After a lengthy wait it was brought out with two big hard brown globs which was burnt cheese and after trying to cut it out and stir the rest I saw burnt meat with burnt crispy pieces throughout. Needless to say sent it back to and left. Had to go to another restraunt and get a to go instead of dining out with my company
