rude, rude, rude by No honey this day - 09/12/2009I called on the phone, very unprofessional answer, I asked "who am I speaking with?" She said, is there something I can do to help you. I told her I wanted to know if they were BBB and she said yes I am and who wants to know? Nice huh? I won't be going there with my Blazer and I need an engine rebuild. Is this the way they treat their current customers? Professional phone etiquette is business name, your name and may I help you?
