There are no up-front fees. You receive an initial Free Assessment of your needs. You are also entitled to a Free Written Care Plan, Free Home Safety Evaluation, Free Fall Risk Assessment, Free Bi-Monthly Quality Assurance Visits by a Supervisor, as well as Free Daily Journaling.
