Difficult office to work with, lied about the amount of our deposit we were getting back and then never called us back to explain their charges, some of them listed in two different sections. The house we lived in had cheap fixtures that they only fixed half of and then charged us at our move out for them even though we told them that their cheap crap had broken on its own. Told us the owner of the house was never planning on selling the property, only to have it listed 10 months into a 12 month contract, and only told us we had to move after a sudden property inspection even though they had known the owner's intentions for a while. Bad management, bad follow through, too bad if you decide to rent from them.

Bad customer service

Difficult to get a return call if you leave a message. Office manager is difficult to work with. Every other month they wanted to "inspect" the property, I don't know what they were looking for but it got very old having to take time off work to feel like my privacy was violated. When she did the inspection she was opening closets and cupboards to make sure everything worked. When my lease was up they didn't refund the full amount stating that they had to repaint a wall. When I called to find out what they were talking about I was told the office manager would call me back. She never did and I decided to let it go, not worth my stress!

We rented from them for 1 1/2 ...

We rented from them for 1 1/2 years and it was awful. They wouldn't get anything fixed (our shower backed up for over 4 months straight), they don't call you back when they say they are going to about an issue, and per their own set rules of getting your deposit back in 10 days (if everything is maintained well) you can expect to go pick it up yourself after 11 days. Good thing they have "rules" that we need to abide by but they don't. Also, they care very little for the house and only want their money. I'm surprised the furnace still worked at our house after not changing out the filter in over 1 1/2 years. Find somebody else if you can.
