I had Home Style Gallery come and pick up furniture from our home. The driver was more than RUDE! First, I was told they would call the day prior to schedule pick up. That did not happen!!! I had to call them the day of at 4:00pm to see if they would be showing up. Received a call back at 5:00pm in which they gave me a 3 hour window. There goes our dinner plans..... Second, when I had called to schedule the services I was told by Ashley pick up charge was $50.00. When the driver arrived and had loaded the furniture I was then told $60.00. I made a call to the store, which I was told "THAT IS THE PRICE". Again, customer service HORRIBLE! Being very frustrated at this point I told the driver I was not happy. His exact words, "NO ONE CARES" I really just wanted to have them take my stuff of the truck, but we were moving back east and had no other options. I do not think this company understands you are the customer. They take 50% of the furniture value, so in my case they were making $900 from me. Not to mention paying $60.00 for pick up. You would do better off donating your belonging's to a charitable organization or putting them on Craigslist. No hassle and you would make more money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE they also price your items higher than what is in your contract, but you only get half of the money they put on your contract.

The prices are just right! When my son moved out, he bought all his furniture here.They have new things all the time. It is very clean and organized.Some times they will give a different price depending on how long they have had it.They are very nice at this store.I very much recommend shopping here on when you want to save money.
