A most conscientious company! by JAM - 12/15/2009I chose HCI based on their website pix -- liked the sense of humor which I thought they might need to work with me on a bathroom remodel (of a very small bathroom). This included floor, wall tile and wall insulation, tub install (clawfoot new/built-in tub bye-bye) and sink, plus working around the fact that this was the only toilet in the house (so they re-set it every night). I was extremely pleased with Steve's speedy contact/replies via e-mail or phone as necessary; the workmanship of all the subs; and the finished results. Steve even sent the guys over to uncrate the tub when it arrived and get it into the house, even though they weren't scheduled to start the job for another week. The company cares what it does, and it shows in the final product and the way they treat the customer. Next project -- Homecare -- you bet!
Steve to the Rescue! by NJWU - 12/11/2009I had never done a remodeling job before, but knew I needed to get three quotes from reliable, local, firms, so i jumped in. Homecare, Inc. was the company I chose and it proved to be the right decision. Steve was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I was pleased with his use of technology to communicate with me in the planning stage e.g. order changes, selecting products, and even a calendar to tell me exactly when the specific contractors would come and their task for the particular day. He was on time, on schedule, on site every day, and on cost! What more could I ask - especially with the final product of a beautiful new kitchen and bath. I will call Steve at Homecare, Inc. from now on with no need for additional bids and research.
HomeCare Inc is great by Kjos Household - 12/04/2009I've have HCI work on a number of projects in my home. I live in an old, inefficient house, and operate on a limited home improvement budget. Steve from HCI came to my house and wasted no time. He took a look at my property, explained options, and answered all my questions (even the ones that took some research on his end). They even hooked us up with a State Rebate program I wasn't aware of. They really look out for you. I will be using them in the future.
High Quality Experience in Home Remodelling by John Higgins - 11/23/2009I have used homecare for all kinds of home remodelling over the last 20 years, from bathroom remodels to basement finishing to kitchen remodeling. Never have I been disappointed with my decision to use them. I've tried others, but often have called in Homecare to clean up the work started by others. I think the world of the crew at Homecare and their faithful leader Steve Earl.
