Alex contacted us after he heard we we're unhappy and made things right. I couldn't edit my review so I am adding a new one. Alex apologized for our problems we had and bent over backwards to make things right, including giving us a newer receiver that would work with our TV. He even delivered it off and hooked it up. We will give Home Theater's Etc. another chance because of this effort. Thank you!

We purchased a receiver from Home Theaters, Etc in June 2012, we had problems right after they left from installing it. They do not return phone calls and now the problem they are telling us us that they sold us a receiver that does not work with our tv. They came into our house to sell it and install it and they say they didn't know our TV is a 3D TV. We told them it was while they were here, we store the 3D glasses were the receiver is and besides all that, if your company name is Home Theaters, Etc. don't you think they should know the difference in TV's? I do not recommend this company. They can't even give tell you when they'll be in the office to pick up your own equipment, very unprofessional.

Wow, what a great team. Alex and Rob did a superb job installing two systems in our home. We could not be happier with the experience. These two guys became like part of our family during installation of our systems. From the comprehensive bid to the final installation, Rob and Alex cover every detail superbly. We would highly recommend this company.

I met with Alex and Rob at their showroom and was very impressed with their theater installation there. We sat down and talked about what my goals were for the systems in my home, and what aspects were most important. There was never any pressure and when I met with them later on to review their proposal, they explained the whole system to me, what products were going in and why, as well as how my family and I would operate it. It was clear to me where I was spending my money and why. When I had questions about a particular piece of equipment, we discussed alternative options and the pros and cons of each was explained so I could make an intelligent and informed decision. I've never been so comfortable with a purchasing decision as I have been with these guys! I've shopped their competition and it has made my decision very clear, I go to these guys or I don't do it at all. Anything worth doing is worth doing right, and this is the only place to go.

I was very impressed with this company. The gentlemen I met with were friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and asked me a few which helped us all figure out where my project was headed. Their attention to detail during planning and installation was very surprising. They forsaw obstacles and had ingenuitive solutions already prepared to deal with them. I can't imagine going elsewhere and getting this same level of service for less or more than what I paid. I talked with several companies in town and this was the only one I felt comfortable with. My instincts didn't let me down!

Home Theaters Etc. sold to us and installed a new 46" LED LCD TV, bluray player, and surround sound system. Wow! We are thrilled with the products, installation, and service we received from Home Theater Etc. I did my homework and researched the equipment and their experience. They are professionals who take great pride in their work. Will definitely do business with them again.

Home Theaters Inc. did a fantastic job recommending equipment and then connecting my home theater in my living room, taking the time time to make sure it was properly calibrated, easy to use, and setup so that I got the most for my money. Alex and Ron were prompt, courteous, extremely helpful and even willing to take their shoes off once in my home. Their knowledge and expertise really stood out and they exceeded my expectations. I will continue to contact Home Theaters Inc. for all future electronics needs, and I recommend them highly.
