Thank you for your feedback concerning your experience with Home Comfort, Inc and we sincerely apologize that it was an unpleasant one. We take pride in our customer service and do everything within our power to make sure your experience with us is enjoyable and the service we provide is done to your satisfaction. With the many different brands and types of furnaces in the industry, it unfortunately takes time to have parts shipped factory direct when our local suppliers do not have them in stock. We also understand your frustration when service is performed on a Friday and our suppliers are closed on Saturday and Sunday; it does make for a longer waiting period to get parts. We are continuously looking at ways to minimize the waiting period, and we are in the process of building a wider selection of parts for all brands of equipment in our service warehouse, helping to reduce or eliminate any waiting period. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal and we have friendly staff ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
