OUTSTANDING Company by CrazyEddie - 07/05/2009Knew about this company back when they first started. Always out to make a customer, and not the quick buck. Service like we remember. This company is NOT out to rip you off like so many others. Honest to a fault. I sometimes wonder how they stay in business when they could go along like the other companies and rip people off with unnecessary repairs, shoddy workmanship and overpriced parts. Instead, they keep making loyal customers who refer friends and relatives. I hope these guys stay in business for a good, long time and that they drive all the other less-than-reputable types out of business. Call these guys first and save time, money, headaches and the need for multiple ($$$) visits.
Great service, good learning experience! by kareboo - 01/26/2009I was pleased with Home Comfort the minute I called to set up the service call. The office manager was so nice to and was very accomodating of my work schedule.
The HVAC Technician who came out today was very knowledgeable and helpful. There wasn't any question I couldn't ask. It was important for me to learn how to maintain our system so we wouldn't have an expensive repair bill in the future. I appreciate how he took time to show me what to do and gave me an opportunity to try putting the filters in on my own under his supervision. I feel like we can keep our furnace in great working order now with the information I learned today.
I would HIGHLY recommend using this company. I made sure we had one of their stickers put on our system so we can call them in the future.
Top Notch Service by ramones4life - 04/15/2008I recently had an A/C installed in my home, and the service from Home Comfort Heating & Cooling was above and beyond. When my Wife called them, she was greeted with the very friendly receptionist who was very detailed and organized. When they came out to do the install, the gentleman was not only clear on what it would entail, but he also stuck to his schedule and was very near the price he promised. I am only dealing with HCH&C from now on. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best service money can buy, but also wants a great value. Great job guys :)
