Horrible Service when it Come to payoff! by

I called in to get my payoff, one sales representative gave me one number, then another store person gave me another number (not happy about amounts changing when quoted) then the District Manager comes on to tell me how wrong I am as a customer and asked it I spoke with the sales person several days ago... no I have been on hold for 13 minutes trying to understand where his apparent confusion was on the screen... Then when I try to make the payment.. they wont take it over the phone... Really nice people when you are buying something way over priced to begin with and financing it at 14.99% and taking all your money... not nice when you want to pay it off and clear your debt.
