Provided by YP.comMy husband and I needed two perfect faux wood arches, and decided to go with Home Blinds of America - wrong choice. We were sent only 1 arch and it was the wrong size and color - we were strung along from then on. We were told it was being manufactured... it was being shipped.. oh you haven't received them yet... Our order was never fulfilled and after a little over two months when we realized we would never be getting our arches, we asked for a refund. Surprisingly, we did receive a refund, but $10 short of the original amount we paid. Very disappointing.
