I've been going to this salon for over a year. Unfortunately, something has changed. The past several months have not been like the first few. The staff (1 in particular) is unprofessional to the point of being very rude. I tried to ask why this change, and I do pay over 20% for gratuity, but I am ignored when I ask. I thought it was just bad timing on my part, but now I know it is not. I am polite, I smile, and I give, but that is not enough. This salon tech is a family member. She is rough and rude. Besides, the place is filthy. There is dirt and debris everywhere, and the tools do not appear to be sterile. I've watched the staff carefully about this. And the foot basins are not sterilized after use. Being in the public all the time for work, I cannot afford getting a fungus or sick over this. Too bad. I will not be going back. I wish I had a better review and message. I am heading for Belinda's off route 44 across from Walmart. I could not believe the difference today.
