Though i was fired from the Holiday Inn for reason's which need not to be explained, I ran their housekeeping department. I have to say that it is the cleanest hotel i have ever worked for. I was sent to another state for training on a new cleaning program that ALL Holiday Inn's now use. It's called the Sparkle program. Holiday Inn and EcoLab worked together to bring a product that made it less stressful for the housekeepers to clean guestrooms. Tools that took the strain out of cleaning high area's or to aviod getting on hands and knees. Also to prevent using spray bottle which help promote carpul tunnel syndrom by using a pump and spray bottle live pet control specialists. This hotel is very clean compared to its neighbor "Hilton Garden Inn" which i formerly worked for as well who doesn't use any sort of anti-bacterial cleaner in their rooms.

I've been staying in H.I.'s for 25 years on business travel. Priority Club is an excellent loyalty program, and because of it, I have not paid for a personal stay ever. I earn points on business travel and then my family and I cash in the points. Most hotels are nice and clean, but these days with H.I. Express's being built, many of the older locations are not quite as upkept. H.I. locations generally have a restaurant and bar. Express locations have a free continental breakfast (try the cinnamon rolls) but do not have full service restaurants.
