***Former Executive Housekeeper*** by Topher360 - 03/22/2008Though i was fired from the Holiday Inn for reason's which need not to be explained, I ran their housekeeping department. I have to say that it is the cleanest hotel i have ever worked for. I was sent to another state for training on a new cleaning program that ALL Holiday Inn's now use. It's called the Sparkle program. Holiday Inn and EcoLab worked together to bring a product that made it less stressful for the housekeepers to clean guestrooms. Tools that took the strain out of cleaning high area's or to aviod getting on hands and knees. Also to prevent using spray bottle which help promote carpul tunnel syndrom by using a pump and spray bottle live pet control specialists. This hotel is very clean compared to its neighbor "Hilton Garden Inn" which i formerly worked for as well who doesn't use any sort of anti-bacterial cleaner in their rooms.
