A rooftop or ground-mounted solar system can become a financial asset for your facility, with favorable tax advantages, depreciation and locking in your energy costs for 25+ years

Solar electric modules do not heat water. They convert sunlight into electricity that's used just like the electricity you receive from the utility. These systems are often confused with solar thermal panels that circulate water heated by the sun.
A system does not need to cover your entire electrical load. A small system that displaces one quarter to half of your demand can still reduce your bill from the utility. A 5kW system may replace up to 50% of a home’s electrical needs and Hoffman Energy will be able to determine your system cost. However, with rebates or tax credits from the Federal and State government, this amount may be reduced by up to 50%.
If a roof-mounted system is not practical, ground mounted systems are another option.
