I've been a patient of Dr Cisco ever since the practice opened and I have never had a problem with his service or that of his staff. He's done a terrific job of diagnosing and treating any health issue I've had over the years. I think he's a fine doctor.

I have not been to an appointment yet but had a great experience getting all my family's information in the system and appointments made. I spoke with a very helpful, friendly person over the phone. I hope that the rest of the staff is as wonderful as she was on the phone. Looking forward to meeting the doctors as well.

I have been to Dr. Beth for many years. I liked her. Her staff is THE WORST I have ever seen. They had different people every time I went. No improvement though. They can be rude, seem to have no interest in dealing with the patients. They seem to enjoy talking to each other though. They don't follow through on setting future app. and are not accurate on their billing. I don't know what the problem is, but there is one.

My husband and I have only been going to Dr. Hodges for a few months. They are both extremely great doctors in our book. We left our previous physician due to problems with new staff and the doctor. I have seen both Francisco and Beth Hodges and find them informative and extremely competent. If you go to them to just get drugs...you are going to the wrong place. They want to find out the problem and treat it..not cover it up. The staff is great too. Even though they have only seen us for a few months. They know me by name and are friendly. Being in a customer service job myself. You should treat them with respect and you get respect. If you come in with an attitude you may not get as friendly of a response...but I have heard them with rude customers...and they have still been very kind to even those individuals. I am happy to be a patient there and so is my husband.

The staff is beyond rude and incompetent. I have worked in a medical office setting for over 13 years and have never come across such rude individuals from the front desk staff to the billng and management. Working in the medical community you have to wonder what kind of care are you getting from the physicians if they are hiring and putting up with such unprofessional behavior. I really recommend you find another practice or doctor and one that puts the patient first and actually does billing everyday and has a dedicated person that works in billing because otherwise you are left to fend for yourself.

Both Dr. Cisco and Dr. Beth have seen myself and my wife for the past few years. I've had great service from both sa well as their office staff. They caught an issue with my heart and most likely saved my life. I also have what is called "white coat" syndrom and they put me to ease and that helps me deal with being in a doctors office at all.

We have been using Hodges Family Practice since 2007. I see Dr. Francisco Hodges and my wife see Dr. Beth Hodges. They are both great. They have both been extremely professional and courteous. I have been through Bladder and Prostate cancer and I credit their quick reaction and referral with a successfull outcome in both cases. We both have found that staff to be courteous and helpful each time we have visited the office. We have recommended the practice to others and they are happy with Hodges as well..
Waste of time

Heather Spry was my dr for several years at the Ramseur office. Poor practice from the main office in Asheboro rn he out of town. Since then service has been poor, Ramseur office is rarely open and they do not ask how you are or anything. Rude and incompetent is the highest praise they will get from me. Moving on to a new doctor who cares about his or her patients.

Been a patient many years. They changed an annual procedure and said insurance pre-authorization was required even though I showed staff a letter and details of a phone call that said no pre-authorization was required. Two years later, I'm still waiting. Don't think they haven't been reminded several times. Promises, promises. That's all I get. Time to move on. I don't think they pay their bills either because they haven't had flu vaccine this year although they've promised.

I've been a patient here since I moved to the area and have not had an issue. they have been extremly helpful to both myself and my family. The staff has always been nice and good to deal with.They have caught a few health issues I did not know where going on and I feel much better now. thank you
