Motorcycle Purchase by decorahwingrider - 08/30/2009On July 10, 2009 I purchased a new 2008 Honda Goldwing. My salesman was Mike Edwards. My wife and I were there at the Hopkins several hours before I decided on the new purchase as I was having another motorcycle mechanically evaluated plus looking at used Goldwings. The purchase went smoothly though I felt abit rushed. Prior too loading my new purchase on a trailer I had bought another salesman was demonstrating features and found that this bike didn't have the "XM" sattelite feature I was told it came with. Another error was I was sold a "Extended Service Contract" in lieu of a "Extended 4 year Honda warranty". Correcting the warranty issue took several emails directed to the Store Manager,Finance Manager and my Salesman before the error was corrected.Overall I'd rate this dealership 4.5 stars as there is some need for improve, though little
Wrong parts by riverfly - 06/01/2008Picked up 3 oil filters for my bikes. 2 of the 3 were the wrong filters. How hard is it to keep inventories straight and to double check part numbers before you hand out parts???
It is my fault as well. Knowing their reputation I should have been more careful
