HindmanSanchez took over our accounts at our townhouse community. They were terrible. We had to constantly supervise them and constantly manage them, because they made mistake after mistake. When we voted to foreclose on a unit, it took a month for them to transfer the account over to there foreclosure dept just to begin the process of foreclosure. When we voted to sue a delinquent homeowner, it took them 2.5 months to get the paperwork together to finally deliver the lawsuit to the homeowner. HindmanSanchez does not communicate effectively with board members and with each other. We gave them clear and precise orders to execute legal actions and they screwed up constantly. I do not know if they are bloated and fat with too many lawyers, but they are definitely slow and incompetent. We constantly had our phone calls and emails ignored or had very delayed responses. Customer service is definitely not their forte nor is their workmanship. I do not recommend this legal team.

They are rude and inconsiderate.

Hindman-Sanchez must have no real people working there, don't bother to check phone calls, or have so little regard for people trying to get questions answered or make arrangements that they don't return phone calls. After four phone calls, I am leaning toward the view point that they are the prime example of why attorneys have such a bad reputation.

This agency has an endless phone system allows them NEVER to answer the phone and they don't ever bother to return calls. They are a prime example as to why lawyers have a bad reputation
