Never a bad experience by
Many young family members have used Dr. Dahlquist for at least 13 years, and she is great. My 2 children love her. She has the perfect touch with kids, and is very gentle. Their practice of having a separate person administer immunizations is great, because kids don't fear the doctor, as I've seen other places. The office staff has always been helpful, whether daytime records/billing help, or late night on-call nursing advice. They have also been patient in receiving payment, after insurance was denied (grrrr). I now live more than 50 miles away, but continue to keep my children with Dr. Dahlquist, because of our experience there.
Mad as Hell!! by
The staff is so rude I became afraid of calling to make/break appointments. We were always getting talked down to, as if we were ignorant and pathetic because our children have state insurance. They ended up kicking us out for "not caring about our children health". That's a direct quote. Funny, because we already had a new pediatrician who had already requested their medical records. The staff are just petty. But, on a good note, Dr. Brown is a awesome doctor. I always felt confident in his abilitys and my kids loved him.
Office Staff Issues by
We have gone to Hillsboro Pediatrics for many years with all four of my children. The Dr's for the most part are just ok but the office staff is horrible and they pick and choose when to follow their own rules. It is ridiculous and I would not recommend going to this facility.
