In therapy I work to build a collaborative relationship with clients so we can address client’s issues as a team and work towards resolution. We work on three levels, with thoughts, the way thinking patterns can keep us stuck in unpleasant relationships and emotional states, with emotions, making room for emotions to be felt and let go, and with the body and how the body awareness can support healthy thought patterns, emotional stability, and general well being.
