horrible by angry ex tenant - 07/20/2009
Just PCS'd to Ft Leonard Wood from Ft Riley. Have been waiting on my final statement, fully expected all of my deposit to be returned to me. Instead got a bill for $341. When I called they said they had to pull the carpets, etc due to a urine smell...claimed pet damage. I never had pets there. When I called to clarify the charges, I was basically called a liar and they were not receptive at all to listening to what I had to say.
