Mr. Scarafone is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Mr. Scarafone limits his practice to Consumer Bankruptcy Law.  Since 1991, Mr. Scarafone has helped hundreds of clients file cases in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, Philadelphia and Berks County.

Mr. Scarafone is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Roundtable, the Montgomery County Bar Association Bankruptcy Committee and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  

Mr. Scarafone regularly volunteers his time to the Montgomery County Legal Aid Program.
