Higher Speed? Not really. by
Higher Speed? Not so much... nor is it reliable. We have frequent loss of connection, like 3 -15 times a day and it'll last anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. It isn't the weather... it isn't wind. Called for help and the lady who answered had zero clue how to help and told me her only tech was in Albuquerque for the day, so I'd just have to wait. We're paying for the highest speed they offer and frequently have dial up speeds. Shopping for another provider as I type this out. They ONLY get two stars because they offer a Veteran's discount.

Anytime I have a problem with my connection, I get through to someone on the phone or they call me back. Most times it is my old computer but the folks who answer the phone talk me though the problem in a way I can understand. They do not shuffle me off to someone else, they handle the problem then and there!
