Lost a LARGE about of money with this company by

What ever you do,,,don't use this company. We were rescheduled 3 times during 4 months. When we asked for our deposit back they said they would refund. However they never did. Now they will not respond to phone calls or emails. Rotton company, don't use them.
Poor customer service by
Terrible customer service! 9 months after being notified of defective product I was told company doesn't service my product anymore. Company was first contacted in May of 2010 about defective door glass and agreed to replace glass. After several months without contact from High Country I was finally able to secure a service appointment, five months after the High Country window and door agreed to replace product. The appointment was canceled. On Dec 7 of 2010 High Country sent replacement glass and installers to my house. The installers were unable to replace the glass because installers were not capable of removing the glass with out damaging the door. I was assured that some one would contact me and schedule a time when a manufactures representative would come out and install the glass. Over a month passed and when I finally called High Country I was told that they no longer handled that product and I would have to go elsewhere. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
