VERY BAD OVERPRICED SERVICE, WHEN I SAY OVER PRICED I MEANT HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! WHEN THE OWNER IS CONFRONTED ABOUT THE PRICE HE GETS AGRESSIVE AND DISRESPECTFULL!! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!

This automotive shop is a joke I have gone to them in the past & have had good experiences despite all the negative feedback I had heard from others around town. I went in for a simple diagnostics first thing on a Tuesday a.m at the start of business day. I was told that within a few hrs I would have results. A few hrs went & came & no response from shop. I called no answer went by & was told still working on it. Noon rolls around still no call, end of business day is approaching & I go by & was told that main mechanic left & no one knew what was wrong with my car if he started or finished it> I was told that I could take my car if I like not knowing what condition it was in. I said no I will leave it Wednesday comes around still no call from shop I try calling several times throughout the day & no response. I then go by just to be told that again main mechanic is still out & may come in later by end of that day still no mechanic. Following day call mechanic still not in told he will be in later that day I finally speak to someone saying to give them a few hrs to asses the problem was then told hrs later that they were still trying to figure out problem. End of that day told they needed to wait on a part for my car & it should be in Friday main Mechanic told me that he had no idea my car was still there since his coworkers apparently told him i took the car so my car was out of sight out of mind. This shop has lack of communication betweent clients & coworkers. Something that should have been assesd in one day took all week Friday came around my car was still not fixed & I was told that I could take & bring back Monday that I wouldnt be charged anything NOT that I would pay anything because as I drove my car off the lot & attempted to go home my car was in WORSE shape than when originally brought in. I took my car to another mechanic to find out that these guys crossed wires in my car that made it run worse than originally running when taken in. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone or EVER go there again
