I took my sewing machine in on 1/4/15 to be cleaned. They told me that it will be 3 weeks. I tried to call the store today (2/7/15) and only got their fax. I went to the website to see if I can contact someone and the only way is to write a review. So here is my review. I am very upset and hope that someone contacts me. My claim check number is #5985. I guess that I will have to drive into town to the store to get this problem resolved.

I have been a customer there for a number of years for purchase, trade-in, service & repair of several Bernina sewing machines. The staff there are very helpful, great customer service people and also offer classes. They carry a wide variety of Bernina sewing/embroidery machines & I think they also carry Baby Lock. You can't go wrong here - they are fair and honest people who do a great job every time.
