I live just over the Auburn line and because I am so close to Auburn, they deliver to me on the Auburn route. Twice my ticket was switched to the Poland route because of my address. I was almost out of propane both times and they sent the on call driver out from Jay to deliver and to right the mistakes and the owner called me to the next morning to make sure everything was running fine. I am very happy with their customer service.

This is the same company as "Quality Heating and Cooling" same address and phone number. I wrote a positive review under that name yesterday regarding a fuel delivery a couple weeks ago; but now I'll review their repair/service end.



Short version- My boiler wasn't working.

Positive things regarding today's issues:

-The vice president very promptly responded to my email asking if they provide service.

- I called at 0830am Monday and had a tech in my house at 0920am (less than an hour)

-The tech (Scott) was super professional and helpfull- showing and explaining some things to me. (Thanks Scott!)

-Although there was a problem (it stopped working again several hours later) the company sent the "on call" tech (Dave) over immidiately when I called at 9:30PM. The tech "made some adjustments" and left without attempting to charge me for anything. Obviously I planned to do some serious arguing with the company if they did attempt to charge me again, but I was kind of expecting them to.



Overall- clearly it was an inconvienience to need somebody to come a second time- however, I was so impressed with the tech that did the majority of the work this morning and impressed that the company did the right thing by coming and correcting the "adjustment" issue free of charge that I will use this company for my annual services and if something else goes wrong.



I would recommend them to others.
