Hertz ferndale is the best car rental in the area. I have had the pleasure of using Hertz Ferndale several times and with each experience has been pleasurable. The most recent experience was above and beyond. My car died in Birmingham. I walked to other nearby rental establishments and not only were no cars available because of recent storms, no one wanted to help me out.
I called Ferndale Hertz. They said if I could come within the hour they could help. The manager personally drove me to another Hertz and provided a rental for me. He went above and beyond.I am very impressed with their customer service.Hertz ferndale is fabulous.

The Manager Mike was very rude and disrespectful, the car I rented was dirty and full of pet hair,also the representatives have no knowledge on rates. I would never deal with this company again.
