I wish I new the name of the representative we had the pleasure of dealing with at this location, he was knowledgeable, attentive and funny! I would rent from him again in a heartbeat!!!

This place sucked. They didn't have the same class vehicle we rented and charged us an additional $100 to upgrade us one class to the size we needed (website said ford focus or similar which could hold all of our luggage, all they had was a nissan versa that couldn't hold all out luggage. Not sure why they are in the same class if they can't serve the same function.) I tried calling multiple times only to get an automated service and could never reach an actual human being so after multiple attempts I gave up. I will not be renting from this location and probably not from hertz again.
