I would not recommend my worse enemy going here.Yes the manager is a scammer,has no clue how to run a shop,will rip anyone off,has no ethicsno morals and is all about himself ,treats his employees like garbage.degrades people,racist towards otbers,a complete scammer and manipulator.he treats his employees like garbage,and his customers. Worked for him for awhile and am gojng to be filing a lawsuit for his actions towards me..stay away people

Terrible. I didn't have an issue with the mechanics, but the manager is a real shady dude. My car sat overnight in the shop and the console and glovebox had been gone through. The guy is loud, crude, and I heard him say 'Cadillac converter' on the phone many times...if he can't pronounce the name of a basic car part, I don't think he should be running a repair shop. Dumb as burnt toast.

These guys do not know what they are doing.I came in with an oil leak. I was told it would cost 249.00...my final bill was over 500.00...and for some stupid reason they removed my battery (which was still under warranty) and destroyed the post by cutting through it ,I think just so they could sell me a battery I didn't need.They took out my alternator and then put it back in ...they discovered the fan belt that Firestone had installed just an hour before was too big and the cause for my problems .(So don't go to Firestone either)THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! No wonder they only get a one star rating!!

Where's the half a star rating? I wanted a place to fix my car that could both tow and fix at the same place and that was close to my house. The car wouldn't start. It was a '99 Caddy Seville. I called the next day to see what was wrong and what the cost would be. It was an alternator and they charged me $1000.00!! I know parts will be expensive but really?? $1000.00?? I had no choice but to pay it or have it towed someone else? Then I had someone else look at it and they forgot to bolt it together onto the car completely I have not been there since for anything. I am talking eve n a car wash. Rude people there too.

My car was towed for snow removal awhile back. When the police first called Hermantown Amoco, the guy said I couldn't get my car until the next day. This was around 7:00pm...they claim to be 24 hour towing?? I ended up calling again and they let me get my car that night. I checked to see how much towing costs online, did the math, and noticed I was overcharged at least 40 bucks. Then, the next day I saw that there was a giant hole in the back of my car!! When I talked to them they said I couldn't prove anything and didn't offer to repair my car or refund me in any way. Since then, I've been hearing stories about how this place will over quote people and charge money when no work had been done. Unless you don't mind losing money and damaging your car, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

This guy was horrible to me! He was rude and reminded me of a slimmie car salesman. He told me I had to have $500+ of work done to my car. So I had it hauled to a different shop where they fixed it for under $200! I will never go back and recommend staying clear of there and his tow companies too.

All in all not a bad shop. They added som unnecessary parts to the list but they do good work

The service was incredible and they did everything to help me and the price was very competitive. Would seriously recommend this business.

Got a fuel pump installed here a few months ago. It took over a week to get fixed and then the pump went bad again after only 4 months. They failed to see the source of the problem. Even though I was promised both parts and labor would be covered under warrenty, I STILL had to pay for labor! I took it to another mechanic and they did the job in 2 days for half the price. I will never go here again. If I'm going to pay them double, I expect the car to at least get fixed!

They told me to come in at 8am, the part wasn't in yet..they could have called and told me, then said it would take 1.5 hours to be finished and 3 hours later while i waited there! It still wasn't done..no apology, snotty attitudes, threw the bill at me on the counter. Never go there again!
