My overall experience was good. On sight property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend to others.

From the time I called them they have been professional and answered all of my questions. They showed up when they said they would and my pool came out looking better than new!

I recently moved out of an apartment complex that heritage manages. This month heritage took rent out of my account even though I no longer live there. This made me go negative in my account. They said they would take care of it first thing friday morning. Did they? No. I called and they said they would call me right back. Did they? Still no. I called in the afternoon with no answer and left a message. Borrowing money for gas is not fun for this very independent girl. I am waiting for the office to open Monday. Not a.happy camper right now though. Would not recommend this company.

I needed to end my lease early and Heritage was able to find a replacement to take the apartment. They were so helpful and arranged everything for me including carpet cleaning. I truly enjoyed having Heritage as my landlord.
