Horrible by Hawkeye11 - 11/02/2009Stay away, this is an absolute horrible rental company. My lease ended 08/2009 it took them over 3 months to get my deposit returned. Then on top of that unbelievably ridiculous deductions, a mysteriously bent screen and 2 light bulbs cost $88. Final deductions were $208.53!Stay away from these frauds
The Best by chesky - 02/11/2009I rented from Heritage for 2 1/2 years. I found them to be professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful. If I had a maintenance request it was taken care of immediately. I needed to break my lease and they found a replacement for me. I enjoyed coming into the office because the staff was fun. When I left I received all of my security deposit back. They are the only company I recommend to anyone.
Beware! by Kunhi - 11/17/2008Beware of Heritage! They are nice and polite at the time you rent from them. However, when I moved out last year they took half my rent deposit even though everything was scrubbed, cleaned and returned to its original condition.
When I turned up at their office for an explanation, they made me wait and the guy was rude to the extent of threatening violence.
They are also pretty lazy with their services and also in clearing snow during the winter. I would strongly recommend against them!
