HERITAGE SUCKS by scottnewman - 01/28/2009VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY NEED TO HAVE A REALITY CHECK. I HAD A NEW FURNACE PUT IN MY OLDER RENTAL HOME, AND THEY DID THE POOREST JOB EVER! THE OWNER IS NOT A GOOD OWNER, NEVER RETURNS ANY CALLS.... DO NOT USE HERITAGE HEATING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL JUST BE LOOSING ALL YOUR MOMEY!
Overcharged and treated rudely. by luzia - 11/20/2008I was charged $115.00 for a service call and all they did was tell me my filter was dirty. They didn't replace it or porvide any service. The manager was rude and the owner rufused to take my call. I feel ripped off!
super service by 60139 - 09/16/2007These guys are awsome! They installed what we wanted in the time they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. A big plus with kids around. They were friendly to the kids too!
