I have been a customer for more than 20 years. I have had a few problems over the years but never complained because a few dozen broken buttons or misplaced shirts over the years is not a big deal.

But today was the last straw. I had an expensive shirt that they clearly tried to use a harsh chemical on and completely ruined it.

I asked Mrs Kim how she might make the situation right. She told me I must have done something to the shirt even though it was obvious I had not. She just kept repeating that it was my fault. I told her repeating herself didn't change the facts and asked what she might be willing to do to make the situation right, especially since I had made weekly visits there for more than 20 years.

At that point she called Daniel out to argue that it was my fault. He told me that there was "a zero chance" that they would have given it to me that way without calling it to my attention even though I have seen numerous customers make similar complaints.

At that point, Daniel actually started yelling at me at which point I told him he needed to calm down.

I asked one last time if they were willing to do something to make the situation right. I was picking up cleaning at the time and if they would have even offered me a small discount I would have let the matter drop. But, just as I have seen many times over the years and in MANY of the reviews herein, they insisted it was my fault.

So if they treat a customer of 20+ years that way when he lodges his first complaint ever, how do you think they'll treat you?
