I first purchased a refurbished vacuum from Henry's in 2012. Three years later, it still works as well as the day I picked it up! The only thing I needed to replace was a hepa filter and belt. Henry had both of them in stock and replaced them while I waited. He has always been courteous and I have recommended him to my friends. I am so grateful he has been cured of his recent illness...we plan on being his Faithful customers for a long time!
Will Never Do Business With Henry's Vacuum Again

I spoke to (who I later found out) was the owner on the phone. I told him the make & model and took my vacuum in for a hose replacement under the assumption I could have it done in one day. He said the labor for replacing the hose would be free and I would just have to pay for the hose. After I got there, he took a look at it and said it was different than he thought, he would have to charge me for some labor and said that it couldn't be completed until after the weekend. I explained that I had told him what my vacuum model was, and that if he couldn't do it then then could I just buy the hose. He threw his illness in my face and then proceeded to tell me there was no way I could replace it myself, "don't you get it?". I was stunned when he continued to yell at me and told me to take my business elsewhere. If he is that sick, he needs to stay home and feel sorry for himself, but he doesn't need to deal with the paying public. I was a return customer, never again will I recommend
Hard to find parts are easy to find at this biz

Phone number works just fine and I was able to get a belt mailed to me in just 1 day. I have a Beam (built into the walls) vac and the owner had these hard to find belts in stock. The postage was almost as much as the belts LOL, I was expecting to pay way more!!
