I have been a licensed massage therapist in the Portland/Lake Oswego area for over eleven years. My focus at East West college was to take courses that would help me truly improve my patient's ability to get back to their regular lives after a repetitive injury, a strain, car accident or chronic situation. My focus is to help people regain good health, mobility and reduce pain even in very complicated situations such as a chronic neck injury, TMJ syndrome or a very emotionally stressful situation.

With a Psychology background I am also able to help people learn to breathe through the experience and learn how to move the toxic stress out of their body. Most people going through a loss or trauma begin to experience a lot of physical pain. I interact with patients in teaching them how to separate the emotional trauma experience from being a physical one.

With 10 years of experience in helping patients after an accidents I am able to apply the right therapies at the right time and guide you through what to expect from your body as well.

Location Based massage: $120- $130 per hour depending on location.
After 9pm rates increase/essential oils available.

Office: $70- $80 per hour cash/visa
Gift certificates available at discount: $60 per hour.
