I'm a scrapbooker and card maker and avid paper shopper! This store has the BEST selection of papers than any other store I have ever shopped! The ladies who work here are the absolute nicest and very helpful. I highly recommend shopping here, but plan on a little time because they have so much to see.

As a paper crafter and a quiltmaking designer, I find this store is a wonderful resource. I like the customer service here. Enough help when you need it and enough being left alone to allow for mind design and selection time. When I needed a chipboard number set for a project, they assisted me step by step to use their cutting machine. When I had questions about double adhesive paper to be cut in a digital cutting tool, they had two choices. When I had questions about distressing ink and tools, they came through. I will shop here as long as I can!

Paid $75 to have a boot removed from my vehicle after 5 min in Maverik. It was 8am and Heartfelt wasnt open for another hour. Thanks for all the love during the holidays!!Everyone in Utah has friends and family that quilt and/or scrapbook. I will advise mine to shop elsewhere.

I love this business. I don't know if I can go to another store now. They have an amazing selection of scrapbooking and quilting product. They carry seasonal product year round. The staff there is very helpful if you need help finding something, or need help or suggestions on a project. Another big benefit is you can use their room for free anytime they are open. I strongly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

I love the selection of scrapbooking supplies and quilting fabric at this store. I work nearby and will shop here on my lunch break. The ladies who work at this store always stay behind the counter and gossip. They are not customer- serive oriented in the slightest. If you ask them for help they sigh, huff and puff, and act like you have totally put them out of their way.They need to hire someone who not only loves crafting, but is passionate about sharing that love with customers!

I like the fact that there is a nice big room available where you can come and crop free. A lot of stores charge to use their rooms. There is also a large selection of merchandise. A couple of their workers are very friendly and helpful.
