I go to Health Within for Massage and Acupuncture. My providers are great, what they do really works for my low back pain. I've tried other massage therapist and they just can't do what they do here. Every time I go in for a visit Everyone is welcoming, pleasant, and always willing to answer questions or help me in anyway they can. I recommend this office to everyone!

I worked at Health Within as a Nutrition Counselor for a short while before moving on. I was there during the time period patient Zerona by I2C was there, while I never worked directly with her I was questioned about what was going on with her. The Dr, and other staff bent over backwards (gave her hundreds of dollars of products and thousands worth of additional visits) attempting to help her but she was a NCP (Non-Compliant Patient). I don't really feel or think her complaints are fair or just because she did not hold up her end of the contract. There are protocols she would not follow. The staff smile because thats just how they are. Friendly. To say the" Zerona hasn't worked for a lot of their patients" is a bold face lie and just trying to hurt their reputation. I knew lots of happy customers that kept coming back for other services.

I am very unhappy with the Zerona. Over 12 visits and absolutely no results. And every time I go in, everyone I end up having to talk to in that office come up with some stupid reason why its my "systems" fault. And of course they smile about it. I hate the way they promote Zerona to everyone interested and never tell patients that it hasn't worked for A LOT of THEIR patient's. It's false advertisement! Maybe the BBB needs to look into this business in Yakima. They totally ripped off thousands of dollars from me, and from what other patients I've talked to, their money as well.

This isnt meant to lose lbs it is meant to lose inches in target areas. Worked great for me. 1 Inch on the waist, another on each thigh and 1/2 around the rib cage. Money well spent for me.

I had seen the procedure on The Rachel Ray show and figured it was too good to be true but after finding out that there was one here locally, I decided to give it a shot. I had several target areas that I just couldnt seem to loose. At first I didnt think it was working but by the 7th or 8th visit, my waist band on my jeans were loose. I ended up loses 7 inches!! Cant wait to do again another target area!

When I first heard of Wellness program I was very excited to get rid quick lbs come to find out aftet six visits I seen no results. I don't really recommend this program at all!!!!!!!! It be better if you invest your money in a Trainer and go to the Gym. I am so unhappy $1,000 something later. I followed the program like they asked and did everything the right way and I didn't see any results am very unhappy with the whole thing.
