SCAM! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I ordered 1yd x 1yd or headliner on Feb 20th and paid $119.20 including shipping. Today is May 1 and the owner has still not sent my product. He is near impossible to reach but the 2 emails I got back he made up excuses why he hasn't sent out my product yet. I am contacting my bank to let them know I was scammed to try to get my money back.

You can easily get better quality material at 1/4 the price. Headliner Express will charge you $260.00 for the same material you can get for $65.00 anywhere else!! I mistakenly ordered $65.00 worth of headliner material for my BMW from Headliner Express thinking it would be enough to replace my headliner. I chose Headliner Express because it claimed to be OEM and the testimonials on their own website were good. When I eventually received the material it didn't come from Headliner Express it came from a place called Veteran Services in LA. The color did not match the OEM and I expected to get enough to do the headliner but was only sent 1 yard of material for $65.00. I disputed the purchase but was told I should have read the fine print the material was $65.00 per yard not $65.00 to replace the headliner. It takes about 4 yards to replace a headliner and the material goes for $15-20/yard anywhere else. After my purchase complaint was rejected, I returned the material because the color was not right and never received any refund, store credit, response or anything at all!! Read their policy on returns, which does nothing to protect the buyer and everything to protect the seller. The owner Bill Stauffer makes much of the fact that he is a Christian but completely ripped me off and never even tried to make it right so now I am out $65.00 plus shipping both ways $40.00 for a total ripoff of $105.00 of my hard earned money. DO NOT ORDER HEADLINER MATERIAL FROM HEADLINER EXPRESS!!!
