Randomly stopped in this store to see their dog food selections. It was dirty, the animals were in small cages that clearly needed some cleaning what with the stench of the store, there were a selection of kittens all of which had eye infections and overall the animal health didn't look so well.

There was only one girl working there. When I arrived she was outside conversing with someone, not attentive at all towards the animals and offered no assistance nor even said a single word to me as I browsed the store.

I'm actually curious if there's someone I can contact to legally check this place out for the animals sake. If this store isn't going to take proper care of them they ought to be at the humane society.

The place is very dirty. I bathe my dog there on a regular basis, and always have to scrub the grooming tables b4 i even use it, usually after moving dirty kitty litter boxes.. The tubs are disgusting, garbages always full, the brushes are dirty and full of other dogs hair. Nothing looks like it has been sanitized ever. This is just the self dog wash area. The entire store is just disgusting. There are so many animals and cages in there, you can barely breath from the strong ammonia stench. If there was another self dog wash in Fond du lac I would never go here again. They need to get serious and clean that place up. Usually when i walk in there are at least 3 girls sitting behind the counter. But you never know who works there because the customer service is awful and no one is dressed like they work there. They usually look confused when you walk in.
