The owner is extremely dishonest. He had my rent check, but he said that he couldn't cash it since I wrote the wrong month in the memo. Very odd, I know! I gave him another check and he cashed both. This caused me to overdraft my account. It was a huge mistake on my part to take his word over something in writting. This was my last month living there and he did nothing to resolve this situation. He is a liar. There were multiple people who fell on the ice, even one who broke his hip because they rarely salt in the winter. There are many slippery spots because the foundation is uneven. The maintenance there is very slow and not done by professionals. The apartments were nice at one time, but after not doing updates for so long, it's starting to look run down. The only good things about the apartment are the close proximity to the elementary school and the manager Dave!
