This "steam" cleaner cleaned our carpets with cold water, and 4 days later the carpet is still damp, house stinks, and owner wouldn't do anything about it.

My experience was horrible. First, he was 35 minutes late to meet us. Three days later the carpet is still damp and smells. He claimed it was cat urine, which it 100% was not. He charged us more for writing a check than what initial cost was. My brother and I both expressed our lack of satisfaction and he blocked us both.
Stay far away from this guy!!
