I will never return! by whl87 - 11/10/2009I went to hatch bros one day to see about buying a used dodge truckthe salesmen were very rude they even wanted to charge me 500 bucks to run my credit app. to the bank!I was told that if I was approved the $500 would go towards the price of the truck but if I was not approved it would be refundedThen I was told by another salesman that the money was NOT refundable and that it was for their time and effort trying to get me approved. They couldn't even get their story straight!I spent 2 hours get pushed back and fourth from salesman to salesman I got so upset I just walked outWhen they asked why I was leaving I told them that my wife wouldn't want me to flush 500 bucks down the toilet. They then told me "so your one of those whipped guys huh?" needless to say I will never waste my time with this place again
