I will never return!

I went to hatch bros one day to see about buying a used dodge truckthe salesmen were very rude they even wanted to charge me 500 bucks to run my credit app. to the bank!I was told that if I was approved the $500 would go towards the price of the truck but if I was not approved it would be refundedThen I was told by another salesman that the money was NOT refundable and that it was for their time and effort trying to get me approved. They couldn't even get their story straight!I spent 2 hours get pushed back and fourth from salesman to salesman I got so upset I just walked outWhen they asked why I was leaving I told them that my wife wouldn't want me to flush 500 bucks down the toilet. They then told me "so your one of those whipped guys huh?" needless to say I will never waste my time with this place again

Worst Service ever

I'd click less than one star if I could. I took my 2007 caravan in for warranty work. I was told on the phone I'd be charged a diagnosis fee because it was probably squirrel damage which isn't covered under warranty. I'm so glad Tim was psychic and could tell me what it was before he even had the car.I was having problems starting and I already took the car to Auto Zone. They tested the batt. and the alternator. They said the alt was bad which is why I took it to a Dodge dealer because the alt is under warranty still. I dropped it off on Monday. They kept the car until Thursday only to call and say it was the battery and that I owed them $90 for a diagnosis fee and they'd be glad to install a new Batt for $125. Since the battery is less than a year old and also under warranty I took it back to autozone where I bought the Batt. They tested it again. 100% charge and no bad cells. I paid $90 for someone to keep my car for 5 days and do nothing.

Worst parts department customer service

After being on hold for way about 30 minutes for some exhaust studs that should be a common item. The parts lady was rude and did not care about my needs. This is not the first time that this has happened here! I think that this place has bad management that likewise does not care. I could get better customer service anywhere else in town. These people will not get my business again. I will have parts shipped from out of town or have my vehicles services by any other shop in town.
