I was assured that if I didn't get the ticket I had a case. When the insurance company didn't make it real easy for Mr. Harris to make $7000.00 (i.e., he would have had to take it to court instead of just sending a couple letters) He went back on his word and dumped me. So, I guess Mr. Harris has to make a whole bunch of money before he'll do any work. Otherwise, he will drop you like a rock.

I am more than happy with this law firm. I was hurt and stressed when I was rear-ended but soon after my accident I met personally with Mr. Harris. I knew right away I would be taken care of. His staff was friendly, easy to talk to, and willing to help me feel at ease. I was scared but they took care of me. I would never wish an accident on anyone but if it does happen to you, I can tell you from experience that this firm will take great care of you.

The legal requirement for legal malpractice to have happened is and has to be proven.1. Duty-- The lawyer, has a duty to act properly. and hold your interest above his. Harris, failed to do and or show any of this.2.breech-- Harris was negligent in their actions. making mistakes.and didn't do what they agreed to do.3.causation-- through their incompetance. their conduct has hurt me financially.4.damages--Harris has caused me to suffer heavy financial loss's. and personell gains. That not only affect me now. but in the future as well. with even the fact of putting me needlessly in debt. on a winnable case to begin with. I am totally going to file a civil suit to hopefully recover some of my loss'es of heavy debt. do your self a favor go some where else. or watch their every move.

DON'T WASTE TIME w/ this KKK klansfolks Azzhole!! This attorney is a liar and makes racist slurs against blacks and the receptionist curses you out and hangs up on you. I had this crazy attorney who is related to RICHARD HARRIS LAW FIRM, their mom, brother, uncle, and cousins work here and horrible service. Brian Harris and wife are nuts and don't help. I needed legal funding for my case and they were jerks lying to me and telling me that i was not approved for funding and finds out they told the funders not to give me money and also they will side with the defendants insurance. the UTAH And NEVADA STATE BAR are preparing to end their bar license for misrepresentation and illegal drug activity. I would never Recommend this game players to my worst enemy in combat!! These people lie and steal from you as well!!The BAR is prep to end their attorney license for misconduct!
