Harris Paving owner was driving through the neighborhood and stopped to ask if he could pave my driveway. Harris Paving owner falsely represented that it was he who had previously repaired the end of my drive. I agreed to let him pave the driveway, but wanted to have it expanded and all cracks repaired. He brought men in to do the work. Even weeks after the work was completed, the material would be pulled up by tires. Harris Paving owner came back to fix it and it made it look bad, but Harris Paving owner assured me the driveway was done extremely well and that this happened to all driveways. His receipt listed a 1 year warranty on the work and we agreed I would take a look to see how it held up. This winter, numerous cracks appeared across the driveway and the sides started to break off. I called Harris Paving repeatedly and left messages for him to call to no avail. Finally, after I threatened to take action, he responded and said he was in FL and that my warranty would be extended and he would address issues after March 1. He never called, so I called him and he came by late March/early April. He said the driveway shouldn't have cracked side to side and he acknowledged that there were areas on the side that fell off that shouldn't have, however, he pointed out that in some areas a car drove off the side and that caused it to crack. He was supposed to provide me with a written idea of what he would do to correct this and I've received nothing. I have called repeatedly and texted him. My driveway isn't even 1 year old and it is horrible and I assume he damage will keep getting worse.
