Incompetent and No Integrity

Rachel was writing a new homeowners policy for me. On her first attempt she wrote the policy for the WRONG address. Then she re-wrote it and I signed it but it never went active because she sent the wrong version of the policy. I had already cancelled my old insurance because she told me I had to cancel the old one before the new one could go active. Then the price of the policy went up by $245 due to a "lapse in coverage." This lapse in coverage would never have happened had she wrote the policy correctly on her first two attempts. Basically, this company thinks it's o.k. for me to pay an additional $245 because they made multiple mistakes! Incompetent and no integrity!

Called in a panic because my insurance company cancelled my homeowners policy. Harris insurance not only secured new homeowners insurance for me the same day! But the rate was a lot Less.
