Ive been going here since the 80's ,never had a problem, a price scam ,what they quote is what it is ,nice decent people to deal with without the scams ,you dont stay in buisness that long without doing something write ,ive even brought my own tires there and they slapped them on for me no problem , thanks ill keep coming here!!

I'm very sorry Ms Toria is so upset but her story is a little different from what happened. At our shop we do the tire work outside and I sit at a desk in front of a picture window which overlooks the work area and the day she claimed this happened our overhead garage door was opened and so was our office door to the outside work area. I was working that day and I never heard or saw anything happen out of the ordinary right in front of me. She claimed she called the first business day after the event but it supposedly occured on a Friday, she did not come in and tell me at that moment, she didn't call Saturday, she didn't leave a message Sunday, and Monday she called in the afternoon. According to her call the car came down fast and bounced on the tire, as previously stated there were no dropped cars and if it did come down fast it would be no worse than going down the street hitting a bump, that is what suspension is for. I don't remember this young woman because she never mentioned it to me at the time or right after she said she barely got home that same day. If she heard a snap why didn't she just walk in the open door and tell me? If she turned to her friend and said "OH MY GOD" why didn't she turn to me and say the same. I don't really know if we worked on Ms Toria car or not but if we did I think she probably has an older vehicle and within a couple of days of us supposedly changing her tire she had a problem with her radiator and she feels we are responsible. I'm sorry for her repair but if we did work on a tire and the car was not dropped off the jack without a tire on the wheel I cannot see how a radiator could be affected. Please read both sides of the story and judge for yourself. Thank You

Never go here, they broke my car after they changed my tire. The guy slammed my car down after the tire change, my car violently bounced around, I heard a snap noise and turned to my friend and said, "OH MY GOD". I barely got it home, they had snapped my radiator.

I got a hold of them t my first opportunity and they refuse to take any responsibility. They broke my car and now I have to get a really expensive repair, all out of my own pocket. All i wanted was my tires changed and now my car is junk.



Dont go to them, they will manhandle your car and most likely brake it because they have no curtosy. They dont care about you or your car, they just want your money.
