This salon may have some great stylists, however, Larraine's in professionalism and lack of talent and responsibility speak poorly about the salon as a whole. I was blonde. Asked to go a shade lighter. Ended up with black hair. She said it was due to the managers lack of quality control in their supply room. Her corrective messuures left me with blisters requiring medical attention, bald spots and shoulder length hair that had breakage up to my ears. I was not offered a refund...I had to ask for one. Did receive it less the 20% tip I had given her. Had to wear a wig for several months and asked them to split cost with me. Would not. First...never go to Larraine and if the problem really is quality control, just don't take a chance on this salon.

Kim does the best job ever my experience is always great. I've been a client for over a year would never go anywhere else.
