You should start each day asking yourself this question: How can I persuade my customers to believe there is no substitute for my product?

The answer is going beyond what your customers feel is good service and you giving them great service. Think about the last time you talked to a customer outside of the scope of their immediate need. If you gave them a long-term solution that will grow with them, rather than a stop-gap idea they’ll soon outgrow, you just struck that deep, resonant chord with that customer – who now believes there is no substitute for your product.
